Important Information
For Versamail 2.5 (comes on Tungsten C) - The NotesUpdate patch resolves an issue which prevents VersaMail sending email from the handheld Outbox when performing a local HotSync with Lotus Notes.
For VersaMail 2.0 (comes on Tungsten T) Lotus Notes Update - Resolves several issues when using VersaMail 2.0 to reply to email from other Lotus Notes users. Note: This update is intended for the VersaMail 2.0 HotSync conduit only and is not meant for other versions of VersaMail. The update is for Windows only.
For VersaMail 2.6/2.6.1 (comes on Tungsten T3 or E) Lotus Notes Update - The Multimail.prc file resolves an issue related to messages marked as Delete on Server not being deleted from Lotus Domino. This patch is required only for VersaMail 2.6/2.6.1 users who sync email locally with Lotus Notes.
Warning: This patch is not necessary and does not work for previous or later releases of VersaMail.
Easysync Pro
According to Lotus/IBM - "At this time, the Palm MultiMail and Palm VersaMail applications are not supported by EasySync Pro." You may need an alternative mail client in this case.
From PalmOne - If you have been using EasySync, a conduit that allows data to be synchronized with Lotus Notes, and now want to synchronize with the Palm(tm) Desktop software, you must first delete four files from the Palm handheld: SyncMemoDB, SyncToDoDB, SyncDatebookDB and SyncAddressDB.

Intellisync
Intellisync Corporation has completed testing of Intellisync Handheld Edition on Palm OS 5.0 (including 5.1 and 5.2) devices from both Palm and Sony. Intellisync Handheld Edition 5.1.1 is fully compatible with the standard Palm OS PIM applications (Address, Date Book, To-Do, Memo).

Intellisync Handheld Edition 5.1.1 is not currently compatible with the email clients bundled with the following devices:
Palm Tungsten (T and W) which ship with Versa Mail
Sony CLIÉ NX70V/NX60 (and any device running Palm OS 5.x with Sony CLIEMail installed)
A short term workaround is available. Users of Intellisync Handheld Edition and these device may download a modified Palm Mail (mail.prc) client here and install it on the device in place of Versa Mail or CLIÉMail. This allows users to perform email sync with Intellisync Handheld Edition and to read, reply to, forward, edit and create email on the Palm device. It does not support email attachments or wireless sync on the Tungsten W.
