License key assigned by replica id (Basic/Pro versions)
Able to replicate to unlimited servers. The key is sent based on the Impresario database replica id. You can find the replica id once Impresario is installed by opening Impresario and choosing Admin\Send Replica ID from the Actions menu.
License key assigned by organization (Premium/Enterprise versions)
Each Domino id has an organization assigned to it. In most organizations, there is only one organization for all users and servers. This is typically the last value after the slash in the Notes id's (e.g. Server1/LavaTech means that "LavaTech" is the organization name).
Note: If your organization has multiple domains (organizations in your Notes/Domino id's), send a note to sales@lavatech.com for assistance - we may allow multiple organizations if this is the case if you purchase these licenses.
Premium vs. Enterprise Licenses
SMB's (small/medium businesses) are defined as those with under 1000 employees. SMB's should purchase the Premium license for unlimited numbers of Impresario databases. Large organizations (over 1000 employees) should purchase the Enterprise license for unlimited numbers of Impresario databases.
Impresario Instances
Impresario is based on a Lotus Notes template. Therefore, it is possible to create individual databases of Impresario. This allows each department (or even each team) in an organization to have their own instances of Impresario. This alleviates the issue of having too many projects that are irrelevant to users in the same database as those that are relevant to those users.
It's a good idea to purchase the number of Impresario instances to allow for ease of use for team members.
